一、个人简介

  张杨,威尼斯98488中医药创新研究院副教授,长期致力于生物信息学领域的研究工作,目前已成功开发了多个生物医学相关数据库、算法和分析平台,为来自30多个国家和地区的科研人员提供了重要的服务和资源支持,其中部分工作对单细胞组学及RNA组学研究领域具有重要推动作用,主要研究成果以第一作者或通讯作者的身份发表在《Nucleic Acids Research》、《Briefings in Bioinformatics》、《Bioinformatics》等生物信息学领域的顶级刊物上(IF高于15的论文2篇、IF高于10的论文4篇),目前已主持多项国家级和省部级科学基金项目(主持国家自然科学基金1项、省部级自然科学基金2项、生物制药企业横向基金1项)。邮箱:yangzhang@cdutcm.edu.cn实验室网站:http://www.zhangy-lab.cn/
