一、个人简介
教授,博士/硕士导师,国家优秀青年基金获得者。现为威尼斯98488中医药创新研究院/交叉学科研究院副院长。入选中组部“西部之光”青年学者(A类)、中科院青年创新促进会会员、四川省杰出青年科技人才、四川省引进高层次青年人才、云南省“万人计划”等。主要学术兼职包括中国中药协会中药材检测认证技术专业委员会委员、中国生态学学会化学生态专业委员会委员、The Innovation青年编委、Natural Product & Bioprospecting青年编委等。

二、研究领域
长期从事药用植物活性天然产物形成机制与合成生物学研究,主持国家自然科学基金优秀青年基金、NSFC-云南联合基金重点等国家级和省部级科研项目10余项。建立“合成生物学-多组学-中药化学”中药生物合成基因高效发掘体系,解析名贵中药重楼活性成分稀有重楼皂苷连续糖基化生物合成的6个糖基转移酶PpUGT1-6及催化机制,发现重楼皂苷显著抗皮肤癣菌活性与初步作用机制;鉴定佤药/基诺药米团花中二倍半萜生物合成关键酶GFDPS,填补了国际上半个世纪以来对该类重要活性天然产物生物合成途径认识的空白;鉴定首个催化合成最大碳环骨架二倍半萜的新颖萜类合酶LcTPS2,发现产物显著抗炎免疫活性和作用机制;从白族药火把花中鉴定首个高度杂泛植物萜类合酶CcTPS1,为揭示药用植物物质基础多样性和复杂性成因提供科学依据;从滇南常用草药中发现高性能杜松烯合酶基因,实现了重要天然产物杜松烯高效异源合成。建立药用植物生物合成特色元件库,库容元件超过200个。以第一/通讯作者在Angewandte Chemie International Edition、Plant Cell (封面文章)、Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B、Natural Product Reports等发表SCI论文30余篇,包括中科院一区论文9篇,获省部级自然科学一等奖1项,获授权发明专利4项。
