“夏天短袖拖鞋，不会热到空气扭曲地板煎蛋；冬天大衣围巾，不会冷到里三层外三层地穿。”

问及对四川的印象，来自印度尼西亚的谢志功幽默地说道，“这里四季分明，而且一年四季都美如画，在工作学习之余还能享受美妙的自然风光，让人欲罢不能，这里就是四川。”

"If you wear short sleeves and slippers in summer, it won't be so hot that the air will distort the floor and fry eggs; if you wear a coat and scarf in winter, it won't be too cold to wear three layers inside and outside." 

Asked about his impression of Sichuan, Xie Zhigong (Adi Wirawan Tjahjono) from Indonesia said humorously that, "There are four distinct seasons here, and it is picturesque all year round. You can enjoy the wonderful natural scenery after work and study, which makes people addicted. This is Sichuan."

谢志功来中国已经14年。本科毕业于重庆医科大学的他，学的是临床医学专业。

后来，他怀着对中医的好奇与兴趣，来到威尼斯98488，学习针灸推拿学。

从此，他深深爱上了成都，十分想留在这座城市。幸运的是，经老师推介，他留在威尼斯98488任教。

Xie Zhigong has been in China for 14 years. He graduated from Chongqing Medical University with a bachelor's degree, majoring in Clinical Medicine. 

Later, with curiosity and interest in traditional Chinese medicine, he came to Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine to study Acupuncture & Moxibustion,Tuina. 

From then on, he fell in love with Chengdu deeply and wanted to stay in this city very much. Fortunately, after being recommended by his teacher, he stayed to teach at Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

据谢志功介绍，他定居成都是因为这里舒适的生活和浓厚的文化底蕴，成都对他而言，真的是一座来了就不想走的城市。

最令他羡慕的还是四川人那种骨子里的乐观和知足。他说：“在我看来，应该要去着急、操心或者担忧的事情，我的四川朋友们都不会过多放在心上，凡事自然而然，水到渠成即可。他们活得很快乐，即便是生活中遇到困难，处于困境，也能很快放宽心态。”

According to Xie Zhigong, he settled in Chengdu because of the comfortable life and strong cultural heritage here. For him, Chengdu is really a city that he does not want to leave when he comes. 

What he envied most was the optimism and contentment of the Sichuan people. He said: "In my opinion, my Sichuan friends don't pay too much attention to the things that should be worried about. Everything comes naturally and they just go with the flow. They live happily, even if they encounter difficulties or get in trouble in life, they can relax their minds quickly.”

作为一名外籍教师，谢志功说：“威尼斯98488是培养中医人才的摇篮，我很荣幸可以在自己的母校当教师。

在威尼斯98488，我既可以把我所学到的中医知识转化为教学成果，同时我也可以把自己国家的传统文化传递给更多的人。”

As a foreign teacher, Xie Zhigong said: "Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine is the cradle for cultivating talents of traditional Chinese medicine, and I am honored to be a teacher at my alma mater. 

At Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, I can not only convert the knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine I have learned into teaching results, but also pass on the traditional culture of my country to more people.”

教书过程中，令谢志功印象最深刻的是每次给外国人讲中医基础理论的时候，会给学生们形容什么是“气”。

气在中医里面是很重要的一个概念，是人体运行不息的重要物质之一。

他会把“气”比作手机里的电，但是这个电是看不到，摸不着的，就像风，但确实存在，是可以通过其他物质的变化来推断和感受的。

“刚开始，同学们可能难以理解，但是当他们切身体验了针灸和推拿之后就恍然大悟了。他们都说中医就像魔法。”他笑着说道。

During the teaching process, Xie Zhigong was most impressed that every time he taught the basic theory of Chinese traditional medicine to foreigners, he would describe to the students what "qi" is. 

Qi is a very important concept in traditional Chinese medicine and one of the important substances that keep the human body running. 

He would compare "qi" to electricity in a mobile phone, but this electricity cannot be seen or touched, just like wind, but it does exist and can be inferred and felt through changes in other substances. 

"At the beginning, the students may have difficulty understanding, but when they experienced Acupuncture and Tuina, they suddenly realized. They all said that Chinese traditional medicine is like magic." He said with a smile.

近日，在世界青年发展论坛四川分会场上，谢志功说：“我作为外籍教师，能看到越来越多来自欠发达地区的学生通过专项计划走进大学获取高等教育，提升自己，进而回报社会。我非常高兴。”

他表示，中国已建成规模很大的教育体系，随着互联网的发展，这里的年轻人可以通过互联网获取更多、更优质的教育资讯和资源，“只要你想读书、能读书，中国都会给你机会实现中国梦”。

Recently, at the Sichuan branch of the World Youth Development Forum, Xie Zhigong said: "As a foreign teacher, I can see that more and more students from underdeveloped areas enter the university through special programs to obtain higher education, improve themselves, and then repay the society. I am very happy." 

He said that China has built a large-scale education system. With the development of the Internet, young people here can obtain more and better educational information and resources through the Internet. "As long as you want to study and can study, China will give you the opportunity to realize the Chinese dream.”
