Dear international teachers and students:

Due to national epidemic prevention policy, students currently outside China are unable to come back. Most international students are unable to complete the retake exam, re-study and 2020 spring semester final exams in accordance with the university's arrangements. In order to successfully complete the relevant teaching affairs, in consultation with the University Teaching Affairs Office, the arrangements of above work will be notified as follows:

The arrangements for 2019 fall semester retake exams

1. Students who follow classes with Chinese language

In principle, follow your respective college's schedule for online re-take exams. If you can't take the exam, you should report in advance.

2. Western and Chinese Clinical Medicine 2017-2019 Batch

After returning to school next semester, students will take the offline retake exams. Each course shall complete the preparation work of examination paper before the start of next school year and submit it to the examination center of the Teaching Affairs Office. The specific exam time and location will be notified at timely manner. Teachers are supposed to actively correct exam papers after the exam, and complete the online results entry of the teaching affairs system within one week time after the exam.

The arrangements for re-study 

1. Students who follow classes with Chinese language

In principle, follow the unified arrangements of your respective college for online re-study.

If individual classes are having offline re-study, and you can not go back to school to participate, please register for re-study during the spring or fall semester that the course correspond to after you return to school.

2.Western and Chinese Clinical Medicine 2017-2019 Batch

This semester does not carry out re-study work, students who should re-study after returning to school, please register for re-study during the spring or fall semester that the course corresponding to after you return to school.

The arrangements for 15th week

1. Students who follow classes with Chinese language

In principle, follow the unified arrangements of your college.

2. Western and Chinese Clinical Medicine 2017-2019 Batch

As students do not return to school, the 15th week continues to carry out normal online teaching, teachers should carry on answer questions and review work of each course in 19th and 20th weeks.

3. TCM(Thailand batch)

As students do not return to school, the 15th week continues to carry out normal online teaching, teachers should carry on answer questions and review work of each course in 19th and 20th weeks.

The arrangement for 2020 spring semester final exam

1. Students who follow classes with Chinese language

In principle, follow the respective college arrangements for off-line exam. If you can not return to school for offline exam, please apply to suspend the final exam by yourself, the test will be conducted after returning to school next semester.

2.Western and Chinese Clinical Medicine 2017-2019 Batch

After returning to school next semester, students will take the offline retake exams. Each course shall complete the preparation work of examination paper before the start of next school year and submit it to the examination center of the Teaching Affairs Office. The specific exam time and location will be notified at timely manner. Teachers are supposed to actively correct exam papers after the exam, and complete the online results entry of the teaching affairs system within one week time after the exam.

3. TCM(Thailand batch)

As students are studying in Thailand next year, it is recommended to take various forms to hold online final exams.

The specific online exam and invigilation methods are recommended as follows:

(1) Students use computers to log in the relevant online exam system, with mobile phone cameras placed at a 45-degree angle behind the slope, while logging on to various platforms (such as Tencent meetings, etc.) name your name as class-grade-real name, teachers will check through the screen-capture and other methods.

(2) The online exam will be recorded after starts, IEC and Teaching Affairs Office will check at random.   

(3) The course teacher are supposed to organize online exam and invigilation test in advance. During the exam period, if interrupted by special reasons, it is recommended to contact the project teacher immediately within 3 minutes, giving the interruption screenshot as proof, otherwise the course teacher should immediately report to program teacher to end the student’s exam, exam grade will be given as the actual situation.
